Advice for staying fit and well during lockdown
As we enter our 5th week in lockdown, the reality of social distancing is certainly hitting home for many of us. Whether you are self-isolating alone or with family, there can be a variety of challenges to deal with, and stressful situations to navigate.
Whilst there is a great deal of emphasis on staying physically fit and well, we often overlook the importance of managing our mental well-being. Mind have published some useful tips and advice to help you cope during the coronavirus crisis. There are a wide range of topics, including how to manage your well-being at home or work, how to stay active at when self-isolating or support for dealing with anxiety, loneliness or bereavement.
